Some finishes

 I finished this angel yesterday I really like the simpleness of it with the silver for elegance. Also finished my daughter's pot holders below.

 Then I decided to embroider on the Superbowl mystery so I'm adding this design to each of the 4 blank panels on each side.

 Then will add a rose to the middle part shown below.

Happy Valentine's Day & quilt update

 Happy Valentine's Day Everyone! I hope you have a wonderful day.  Hubby will be home with me tomorrow so not sure what we are doing, but I'm sure it will be fun.  I finished the Superbowl quilt. I didn't add the flange and last border because I'm using it as a table topper and not a lap quilt.

I have an Angel to make this weekend and pot holders to bind for my daughter and still working on the Afghan for my Son.

Initialed Heart Swap 2014

Well it says that Wendy got her package today so I can now post what I made for her. These were for the  Initialed Heart Swap at Gone Stitchin' blog.

Since we had to do their initial I decided to embroider it.  Made 2 W's an a heart. Then I made them into these

One Heart pillow, an initial needle-book and an initial pin cushion. Added some W stickers and a pretty Valentine's bag. Then went shopping some more to get candy and found a cute mousepad and a stuffy and another bag.

So this is what she saw when she opened the box. I hope she likes it all. As it was a secret swap I'm not sure who has me and I'm still waiting on mine. Will post picture when I get it.

Superbowl mystery and pot holders

Clue 2

 Been slowly working on my Superbowl mystery quilt top. Got up to clue 3 done.

 Working on Clue 4 today so will post pictures of that soon. Here is what part of it will look like when sewed.

 Also been making pot holders for my daughter she picked out the fabrics.

Afghan

 I'm also still working on my son afghan. Have 3 more rows on one side then 5 rows on the other to make it wide enough for him.  Hope to have it finished some time before his bday in August and this was supposed to be a Christmas gift lol. And still need to finish the NYD mystery too.
